Music, meditation, community. Isn't that a recipe for healing by itself? Lie back and listen, relax, unwind and release into your dreams as we take you on a healing sound journey with Creativity Alive founder Merlyn Holmes and rotating guest artists.
Part of a Healing Journey Series in collaboration with Community United Church of Christ (CUCC), Creativity Alive, and Dancing Spirit. All free thanks to Boulder County Arts Alliance.
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you wish to lie down. Chairs will be available. Movement / dance is also welcome.
Note: When the weather warms, we will be joined by therapy horses with their calm and sweet healing energy. Future dates to be set.
Instruments may include Chinese Wind Gongs, Guzheng (harp), bells, percussion, voice, flute, guitar, harmonium, and more.
