September 23 is the Autumnal Equinox, marking the first day of Fall in the northern hemisphere with an equal amount of daylight and nighttime hours. This equinox is an invitation to find balance and gather in the harvest of what you have been nurturing with gratitude. Join us for a meditative reading to center us and then take a Sound Journey facilitated by Merlyn Homes of Creativity Alive and supported by two miniature horses Bonnie and Clyde from Dancing Spirit. Let the meditation, music and energy of the horses allow you to slow down, re-balance and reflect.
