About the event
Founder of Creativity Alive, Merlyn Holmes, knows grief intimately. Her music and sound baths have been a great resource to her, and to others who are traversing the same terrain. While we each have completely unique journeys through our loves and losses, there can be great value in coming together, with our broken hearts, for solace and exploration, and opening to the mysteries that often seem "beyond" us. Sometimes the passageway is through the very cracks in our hearts.
Let's gather during this time of the "thinning of the veils" and allow Merlyn's gentle guidance and sound bathing to provide solace, companionship, heart-opening and connection.
Please arrive on time to settle in and create a safe, supportive container. If you wish, bring mementos of your beloveds to share or to hold close, and/or a letter or writing to add to a "Weeping Wall" in the Labyrinth. Bring yoga …
